About Us
GESR Centre is a non-governmental, non-profitable and non- political center, established as a result of a long debate between amid youth leaders in development from different specializations such as Human Rights, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Democracy, and Gender, these debates had come up with proposal of establishing a youth led center which can work as an advisory body for youth, CBOs and NGOs as well as providing unique youth services
In 2009, GESR Centre for Development had officially been registered in the Federal Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports in Khartoum

Gesr’s vision is a presence of a new generation of qualified and well educated young leaders towards sustainable development and social justice
Mission
To serve as a centre for youth development. Gesr is working to empower young activists as well as growing CBOs and NGOs to fill their overall needs for change through building their capacities and increasing their knowledge. Gesr serves as an advisory body that provides technical support to youth and CBOs/NGOs. Gesr is targeting youth, local CBOs and NGOs (young leaders) who are directly work on the grassroots level to achieve sustainable development and social justice.
